Kiewit crews build major fish passage under SR-3 near Gorst

Workers add rocks and dirt to rebuild the road around the new concrete culvert under SR-3 near Gorst.

State Route 3 reopened near Gorst on June 26 after a 16-day closure while contractor crews installed a new fish culvert under the highway.
