Affordable housing building opens at Tacoma's Aviva Crossing

Mercy Aviva Crossing has 129 affordable units.

Developer Mercy Housing Northwest has officially opened Mercy Aviva Crossing in Tacoma. The 129-unit community is at 2622 S. Mildred St., which is directly across from the Tacoma Community College campus and Pierce Transit Center.
