LIHI to open 80 tiny homes on county-owned Central District site

The Spruce Street Tiny House Village will occupy this site at the southeast corner of the Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center.

The Low Income Housing Institute plans to open an 80-home tiny house village on King County-owned land at 14th Avenue and East Spruce Street, in the first half of 2027.
