Manufacturing projects get a boost with $1M from the state

Marine infrastructure fabricator Thompson Metal Fab of Clark County is among grant recipients getting money to increase capacity.

A manufacturing plant expansion at Port Townsend's Glen Cove Industrial Park, a cogeneration facility modernization in Port Angeles and a comprehensive study of Washington's space industry ecosystem are among projects getting money from the state to accelerate manufacturing expansion and workforce development here.
