PNB starts construction on new SoDo school

PNB is leasing 23,500 square feet on the third level of the Track Six building.

The DJC reported in October that Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) was taking space at the Track Six building at 3847 First Ave. S. in SoDo for a new school. Construction began on that tenant improvement project last week.
