Chipotle takes space at The Eight

BELLEVUE — Chipotle Mexican Grill will open a new location at The Eight office tower in downtown Bellevue later this year.

The Eight opened at 10770 N.E. Eighth St. last year. The development includes a 25-story office tower with an accessible ground-level lobby lounge and attached retail space, a standalone mass timber retail pavilion, and a public plaza.
