Getaround

San Francisco-based Getaround is expanding its digital carsharing operations to Seattle. Getaround has collaborated with the Seattle Department of Transportation to bring carshare vehicles to dedicated parking spaces across the city, initially in the Madrona, Capitol Hill and Queen Anne neighborhoods. The program allows residents to reserve a shared vehicle for as little as one hour. Founded in 2009, Getaround is active in over 950 cities worldwide.
