Each week, the Daily Journal of Commerce asks local analysts their views on Northwest stocks.

Stock prices reflect Thursday's close. The Dow edged up 7 points to 10,777 and the Nasdaq slumped 106 points to 3,539. The S&P 500 gave up 10 points to close at 1,437.
