First above-ground columns take form at Portage Bay Bridge

The bridge’s first completed columns rise in front of the Queen City Yacht Club off Boyer Avenue East.

Crews removed formwork from the new westbound Portage Bay Bridge last week, revealing the bridge's first concrete columns near Boyer Avenue East.
