Alki waterfront site could get 21 units

SEATTLE — Facing the saltwater and beach at 1788 Alki Ave. S.W. is a two-building rental property. Kidder Mathews put it on the market this spring, and now there's a potential buyer.

Atlas Partners, working with architect Tiscareno, filed a four-story, 21-unit redevelopment plan last week. It also includes 14 underground parking stalls.
