The Shafer Baillie Mansion has been a bed and breakfast since 1979.

The couple behind Harry's Fine Foods restaurant on Capitol Hill is embarking on a new project in the neighborhood: a boutique hotel and restaurant inside a historic Millionaires Row mansion.
