Capitol Hill site, bound for 120 affordable units, flips to tiny houses … for now

LIHI staff break ground on a new tiny house village on Belmont Avenue.

Land that was slated to house a Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) permanent supportive housing building will now be the site of a tiny house village operated by the Low Income Housing Group (LIHI).
