Everett stadium work advances with $10.6M from city council

The Everett Outdoor Events Center is being designed to be easily convertible between sports configurations and for other events.

A plan to build a new $120 million outdoor stadium/events center on a 12.5-acre site next to Angel of the Winds Arena in downtown Everett got a big boost Wednesday.
