Ribbon snipped on Bell Street improvements

    There's a new two-way protected bike lane between Elliott and First avenues.

    The ribbon was cut Monday on the Bell Street Improvements project that has created a more pleasant and seamless connection for people walking, biking and rolling between Belltown and Waterfront Park, as well as new places to sit, rest and enjoy views of Elliott Bay.
