St. Nicholas expansion could bring 119 affordable units to Capitol Hill

The addition would be attached to the back of the existing building, keeping its landmarked street-facing facade untouched.

The DJC first reported in February that St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral is exploring the potential conversion of the landmarked St. Nicholas School building, and the redevelopment of a portion of the school site, for affordable multi-generational housing.
