Glumac and CBRE are sponsoring a panel discussion entitled “Medical Office Building of the Future” at 7:30 a.m. April 24 in the Columbia Tower Club, 701 Fifth Ave., Seattle. The panelists are Mike Denney of CBRE, Brian Zeallear of NBBJ, Phil Giuntoli of CollinsWoerman, T. D. Sam Baxter of Overlake Hospital Medical Center and Jim Elliott of GLY Construction.
The panel will discuss how demographic, legislative and technological shifts in health care will change the way medical office buildings are planned, designed, constructed and operated.
