Bellevue 10

Bellevue 10 is a midrise apartment project at 10050 N.E. 10th St. in Bellevue, about a block north of Bellevue Square.

The seven-story, 102-unit development was finished in June, with a formal opening in December. A one-bedroom with 600 square feet is listed at $2,362 per month.

Amenities include a gym, air-conditioned units, a roof deck with firepits, and a lobby lounge. Kitchens feature Calacatta marble and floor-to-ceiling pantry shelving on casters.
