In 2016, a pickup truck speeding through a work zone on I-5 slammed into a TMA behind Cindy Nelson’s truck as she was putting up road closure speed limit signs. Had the TMA driver not steered away from her truck, she could have died. The pickup driver was cut out of his truck and airlifted to the hospital.
