White

Delta Dental of Washington has selected Yvette White as its new chief human resources officer. White brings nearly 30 years of progressive human resources experience from Microsoft, where she gained expertise in driving global talent strategies and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, White has demonstrated an ability to innovate in talent development and organizational growth, and is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. She has served on board of the National Charity League since 2021, as a parliamentarian and as the vice president of engagement and inclusion.

White holds a bachelor's degree in business — human resources management from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom. Delta Dental of Washington was founded 70 years ago by Seattle area dentists, and currently provides dental benefits to nearly 4 million people statewide and beyond.

National Design-Build Certification

Fred Simmons of IMCO Construction has earned the Design-Build Institute of America's Design-Build Professional certification, the industry's highest designation, recognizing him as a leader in design-build delivery. Simmons was the design-build manager on Idaho's first completed progressive design-build project, the Lewiston Water Treatment Plant Retrofit. To earn this designation, he has demonstrated design-build project leadership experience and completed course work and testing, proving his knowledge of the Design-Build Done Right principles. An operations manager at IMCO Construction, Simmons has led some of IMCO's most complex projects in the water/wastewater, hydroelectric, and industrial markets. He recently managed construction of Washington state's first hydrogen production and fueling facility for Douglas County and the $61 million Priest Rapids Right Embankment Improvement Project for Grant County PUD. DBIA Certification is the nation's only measurable standard of an individual's knowledge of the Design-Build Done Right principles. By completing these requirements, which touch on all aspects of design-build, candidates earn the right to display “DBIA” after their names, identifying them as experienced design-build professionals. IMCO Construction' s expertise spans water and wastewater management, energy, hydroelectric retrofit, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects for public and private clients throughout the western United States.

The SEER Group has expanded its Oregon footprint with the acquisition of Eugene-based Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning, a provider of residential and commercial HVAC services in Eugene and the surrounding areas. Seattle Sports Radio

Bonneville Seattle Media Group and the Seattle Mariners have agreed upon a multi-year extension to keep Seattle Sports as the flagship radio station for Mariners baseball.“We are pleased to extend our agreement with Bonneville to keep Seattle Sports as the Mariners broadcast home,” said Kevin Martinez, Seattle Mariners President of Business Operations. “Bonneville has been a valued partner of the Mariners for over three decades, broadcasting our games across the region and sharing in our continued effort to bring Mariners baseball to our fans with compelling content across traditional and emerging platforms.” The 2025 season will be the 35th year that 710 KIRO-AM (Seattle Sports) has been the Mariners' radio home. The Mariners have been broadcasting on Seattle Sports since the station's transition to an all-sports format in 2009, and 710 KIRO-AM was previously the team's home from 1985-2002.

Fans within the Mariners' broadcast region - Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and British Columbia - can access every game via the Seattle Sports App or SeattleSports.com. In addition to broadcasting all 162 games during the regular season plus spring training contests, the Mariners' year-round presence on Seattle Sports programming includes weekly interviews with Mariners players, coaches, broadcasters and team executives, as well as shows like The Dugout and Extra Innings. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Bonneville currently operates radio and TV stations, local websites, podcasts and other digital distribution assets in six western U.S. markets.

Seattle-based F5 appointed Angelique Okeke as executive vice president and general counsel. Okeke succeeds Scot Rogers, who is departing after 20 years with the company. Okeke joined F5 in April 2024 as senior vice president and deputy general counsel, corporate and commercial, bringing a wealth of experience in providing strategic counsel to large global organizations. Prior to F5, she spent eight years in senior leadership roles at Nike, most recently serving as global and North America consumer marketplace general counsel. Her earlier career includes legal leadership positions at AWS and Lotame, a data management and identity platform company. In his two decades with the company, Rogers played a central role as F5 navigated business transformations, economic challenges, and key acquisitions, while fostering a strong culture of integrity and inclusivity. F5 is a multicloud application security and delivery company.

DAT Freight & Analytics named Jana Galbraith as chief people officer. Galbraith will lead DAT's people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. Galbraith has more than 20 years of experience developing HR functions for growing organizations. She has held leadership roles across technology, entertainment, and digital media companies, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Most recently, she served as a senior vice president of people experience at Xero, where she led the global HR business partnering function across the Americas, UK/EMEA, New Zealand, and Australia, and was responsible for driving HR strategy through areas including talent development, culture transformation and organizational design. She has also worked extensively with startups and high-growth companies, both in-house and as an advisor, helping organizations navigate complex change, scale their teams, and develop cultures that attract and retain top talent. Bond

Jared Bond has been selected to lead the Public Works Department as its next director. The Lynnwood City Council unanimously confirmed Mayor Christine Frizzell's nomination of Bond to assume the role of director. He is taking over as director from Bill Franz, who retired after 33 years of service last December. Bond began his career with the city in 1998 as an engineering technician. He was promoted many times to project manager, supervisor, and operations manager, and finally served as one of two deputy directors for the past four years.

Throughout his career with Lynnwood, Bond has worked on some of the city's most complex and technically challenging issues, including overseeing the Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade project and the operation and maintenance of the city's vital infrastructure and helping to prepare the city for disaster by serving as the Emergency Operations Center deputy manager. Additional career achievements include the establishment of the city's Fish Hatchery and Environmental Education Center and the creation of the city's Tree Fund and Tree Voucher Program. Bond holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Policy and Planning and a Master's in Public Administration. He also holds a Water Distribution Manager Level 4 certification, the highest level required for someone in the city to operate a water utility.
