OpenEye, a cloud video security company, named Eric Moe as vice president for North American sales. Moe has experience working closely with video and cloud technologies, including Milestone Systems and Genea Access Control. Moe will manage the greater OpenEye sales team that supports OpenEye partners and customers in the US and Canada. With over one million active video subscriptions and nearly two million connected devices, OpenEye is experiencing growth both in North America and internationally. Amperity, an AI-powered customer data cloud, appointed Rob Ferguson as its new chief revenue officer. With over 20 years of experience scaling go-to-market organizations, Ferguson will accelerate the company's market momentum and help enterprise brands transform customer data into business value.

A seasoned enterprise software executive, Ferguson brings over two decades of expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies. Before joining Amperity, he served as chief revenue officer at AI decision intelligence company Virtualitics and held the same position at Automation Anywhere. Prior to that, Ferguson spent 11 years at Salesforce in various executive leadership roles, ultimately as executive vice president, where he led national and global teams responsible for serving many of Salesforce's largest customers. Founded in 2016, Amperity operates globally with offices in Seattle, New York City, London, and Melbourne.

Rose

TAPCO Credit Union has promoted Jacob Rose to director of marketing, following three and a half years of service in TAPCO's marketing department. Previously, he spent 11 years as marketing manager for Pacific Grill in downtown Tacoma. At TAPCO, Rose led efforts that have garnered multiple national industry awards, including recognition for marketing excellence and community engagement. Among his key achievements is a reputation management campaign that increased TAPCO's Google ratings by 20% and contributed to local honors such as Best Credit Union and Best in Business CEO. In his new role, Rose will oversee all marketing strategies and initiatives, collaborating across departments to drive growth, member engagement, and digital transformation. Among his priorities are expanding marketing automation, enhancing the member journey, and reinforcing TAPCO's reputation as a community-focused and inclusive financial institution. Rose is also a member of TAPCO's OUT@TAPCO Employee Resource Group and has completed multiple DEIBA courses to deepen his impact in creating inclusive campaigns and initiatives. Seattle-based F5 appointed John Maddison as the company's new chief product marketing and technology alliances officer, reporting to CEO François Locoh-Donou. Maddison will lead a new organization responsible for increasing F5's market impact and delivering on the company's brand promise through its products and partnerships. Maddison brings more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity and telecommunications, having most recently served as the chief marketing officer and executive vice president of product strategy at Fortinet. He previously held executive leadership positions at Trend Micro focused on advanced threat research and cloud delivered security services.

Port of Seattle

Boungjaktha

The Port of Seattle named Neepaporn “A” Boungjaktha as the new managing director to lead its Economic Development Division. Boungjaktha will lead the division's work expanding economic opportunity through economic development, real estate development, tourism, and local, regional, and international partnerships. Prior to joining the port, Boungjaktha served as an executive director for the Snohomish County Executive Office. She previously worked as the managing director, global trade and investment at Greater Seattle Partners, and the vice president, global engagement and other roles at the Seattle Metro Chamber of Commerce. Boungjaktha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington. The national search for the position was led on behalf of the Port of Seattle by Jorgenson Pace, an executive search firm for economic and community development roles. The port owns and operates Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Fishermen's Terminal — home of the North Pacific fishing fleet — and public marinas. The port also owns two cruise ship terminals, a grain terminal, real estate assets, and marine cargo terminals through its partnership in the Northwest Seaport Alliance.

Northern Trust

Northern Trust appointed Jordon Voss as president of the Pacific Northwest Region. Voss will lead Northern Trust's Seattle-based team in the delivery of advice and client service, while accelerating the growth of the wealth management business throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.Voss joined Northern Trust in 2014 as a private banker and has held several senior roles, including managing director of the Seattle office. Earlier in his career, Voss was a decorated pilot for the U.S. Navy. After his service, Voss transitioned to JPMorgan Chase before joining Northern Trust. Voss graduated from the U.S Naval Academy and has an MBA from the University of Florida's Hough Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Northern Trust named Jesse Crane as the Pacific Northwest regional director for its Foundation & Institutional Advisors practice. Based in Seattle, Crane will provide investment solutions to the firm's foundation, endowment and institutional nonprofit clients. Previously, Crane was a vice president at Beacon Pointe, where he advised nonprofits, foundations and endowments on their investment strategies and governance practices. He has an MBA from Syracuse University's Martin Whitman School of Management and a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Cortland. Northern Trust Wealth Management offers wealth management services for affluent individuals and families, family offices, foundations and endowments, and privately held businesses. Founded in Chicago in 1889, Northern Trust has offices in 24 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., and across 22 locations in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.

KIRO Newsradio

KIRO Newsradio announced that veteran Seattle journalist Charlie Harger will be the new host of Seattle's Morning News, taking over for Dave Ross, who is retiring after a 47-year career at the station. Harger joined KIRO Newsradio in 2021 as the station's news director. He began his radio journalism career in 1996 as the news director for Green River College's KGRG. After a brief stint in the tech industry, Harger joined KOMO Newsradio in 2002, where he worked as an editor, anchor, and street reporter for 19 years. Harger has been recognized with numerous awards, including being named Major Market “Radio Reporter of the Year” for the Western United States by the Associated Press Television Radio Association (APTRA) in 2015. He has received multiple APTRA and RTDNA Murrow Awards for investigative reporting, enterprise coverage, and documentaries, among others, and was nominated for an Emmy. KIRO Newsradio has been a source of news and information for Seattle residents since 1927.

O'Donnell

Renton-based Rock Project Management Services hired Jamie O'Donnell as a project assistant to the firm's project management teams. She provides a full range of project support services to project managers, construction managers and inspectors, including meeting facilitation and coordination, clerical support, project documentation management, and recordkeeping. Under the direct leadership of project managers, O'Donnell is responsive to all project matters, allowing project managers, construction managers, and inspectors to focus on managing project outcomes and less time on administrative tasks.

WASWD

The Board of Directors of the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts (WASWD) appointed Clark Halvorson as its new executive director. Halvorson's experience in the industry encompassed several key roles at the Washington state Department of Health, including the Southwest Regional Operations deputy director, the Office of Drinking Water director, and assistant secretary overseeing the Environmental Health Division. He began his career with the Nisqually Tribe as their water resource manager and later served as water resource director for the city of Olympia. More recently, Halvorson served as the president/CEO of United Way of Alaska, and executive director for Outdoors for All Foundation. Halvorson will begin his role on Jan. 8. Current Executive Director Judi Gladstone will continue part-time as an advisor during his first three months to ensure a smooth transition. The WASWD exists to provide education, advocacy and collaboration opportunities for water and sewer special purpose districts located around the state.

Sound Credit Union

Sound Credit Union, headquartered in Tacoma, completed its acquisition of Olympia-based Washington Business Bank. The transaction includes Sound acquiring all assets and assuming substantially all liabilities of Washington Business Bank. With the addition of Washington Business Bank, Sound's asset size now exceeds $3 billion, including more than $2.5 billion in deposits and $2.3 billion in loans. Sound's branch network now includes the Washington Business Bank branch in Olympia. The full-system integration of both organizations will take place over the next few months. Sound Credit Union was founded in 1940, and has 26 full-service branch locations throughout the Puget Sound area.
