iGrafx, a leader in digital business transformation and process management, announced the appointment of John Barone as executive vice president of global sales. Barone brings over 30 years of experience in revenue acceleration, building scalable sales processes, and fostering high-level strategic alliances. Barone was vice president and general manager of corporate markets at intelligent automation and real-time AI specialist Pega. Over the past year, iGrafx has announced the acquisition of process mining solution provider Logpickr. The iGrafx platform captures and connects critical business operations for detailed analysis, modeling, and optimization. iGrafx is headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon.
Seattle-based DCG One has acquired brand and digital agency The Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG), with offices in Seattle and New York. The acquisition of GLG comes as DCG ONE's agency division continues to grow at a rapid pace while providing a variety of digital and traditional agency services for several leading brands such as Amazon, L'Oreal, and the Seattle Kraken. The combined companies will continue to have offices in Seattle and New York City. As part of the transaction, Rebecca Lyman, principal and co- founder of GLG, will join the executive team of DCG ONE as chief marketing officer.
ZoomInfo founder and CEO Henry Schuck has been selected by Technology Association of Oregon as the 2022 Sam Blackman Award winner. Schuck will be recognized as part of the 38th annual Oregon Technology Awards ceremony, celebrating excellence and achievement in the region's technology industry. Schuck has served as chief executive officer and chairman of ZoomInfo (formerly DiscoverOrg) since founding it in 2007. He led ZoomInfo as it became the first U.S. technology company to go public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Including the company's acquisition of Zoom Information in 2019, Schuck has overseen 11 acquisitions in total, and has grown the company to more than 2,700 employees globally. Prior to founding ZoomInfo, Schuck was vice president of research and marketing at iProfile, a sales intelligence firm focused on the information technology market. The Sam Blackman Award recognizes executives of Oregon and Southwest Washington-based technology companies for excellence in industry leadership. Sam Blackman co-founded Elemental Technologies in 2006, creating software that performs encoding, decoding, and transcoding to enhance video streaming. ZoomInfo, a leader in modern go-to-market software, data, and intelligence for more than 25,000 companies worldwide, is headquartered in Vancouver.

ZoomInfo, a global leader in modern go-to-market software, data, and intelligence, announced it has signed a lease to take residency of a 180,000-square-foot office space in Ra'anana, a northern suburb of Tel Aviv. Starting in spring 2023, ZoomInfo will occupy the top nine floors – and part of the rooftop – of a 30-story office building on the new Infinity Park campus near the Ra'anana-Kefar Sava border. The tower is expected to become the tallest in HaSharon region. Infinity Park will serve as a hub for Israel's software industry. Based in Vancouver, Wash., ZoomInfo has grown to more than 2,700 employees globally. Its Israel office has been located in the WOPA building in Ra'anana since 2016, where 250 of its more than 400 Israel-based employees are developers and engineers, with sales, marketing, and product management personnel filling out the team. ZoomInfo is currently hiring across a number of teams in its Ra'anana office.
Astra Space and global launch services provider Spaceflight announced a multi-launch contract. This agreement provides Spaceflight with launch opportunities using Astra's launch services through 2025. Through this commitment, Spaceflight expands its launch vehicle partner portfolio, offering its customers additional launch opportunities through Astra missions. Astra gains a partner that offers a consistent stream of satellite customers seeking launches. Astra delivered its first commercial payload into Earth orbit in 2021, just five years after it was founded in 2016. Astra was the first space launch company to be publicly traded on Nasdaq. Based in Seattle, Spaceflight has successfully launched hundreds of satellites and is a part of the Mitsui & Co. portfolio, operating as an independent, U.S.-based company.
Amazon and Global Optimism announced that more than 300 companies have now signed The Climate Pledge, a nearly 600% growth in signatories over the past year. Among the nearly 100 new signatories joining are the world's largest container shipping company, Maersk; enterprise software developer SAP; the North American timberland company Weyerhaeuser; and the largest residential solar company in the U.S., Sunrun. Pledge signatories in total generate over $3.5 trillion in global annual revenues and have more than 8 million employees across 51 industries in 29 countries. Signatories to The Climate Pledge must agree to measure and report greenhouse gas emissions on a regular basis; implement decarbonization strategies in line with the Paris Agreement through real business changes and innovations; and neutralize any remaining emissions with additional, quantifiable, real, permanent, and socially beneficial offsets to achieve net-zero annual carbon emissions by 2040. In 2019, Amazon and Global Optimism co-founded The Climate Pledge, a commitment to reach the Paris Agreement 10 years early and be net-zero carbon by 2040.

Seattle's Blue Dot Kitchen recently launched its first product-Seacharrones, a puffed kelp snack. Blue Dot Kitchen's goal is to bring seagreens to the people with tasty organic foods that help restore ocean health. Seacharrones are a crispy, crunchy, salty puffed snack that is currently available in three flavors: Spicy, Salt and Pepper, and Umami. Each bag contains the dried equivalent of 1.5 ounces of fresh kelp sustainably grown by BDK's partner farms including at its sister kelp farm, Blue Dot Sea Farms, located in the Puget Sound's Hood
Canal. Kelp sea farming enhances water quality, creates habitat, and provides a cost-effective and ecologically sustainable food source. The product is poised to leverage a growing global snack market and increasing demand for both seaweed and more responsible snack options. People's Bank of Commerce hired William Whalen as executive vice president and chief credit officer. Whalen joins People's Bank with almost 33 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 30 have been in Oregon. He most recently worked as senior vice president and chief credit officer for another Oregon based community bank. Whalen is currently a member of the Oregon CASA Network board of directors. He worked in the Rogue Valley as a commercial lending officer from 1992 to 2005. People's Bank of Commerce is a community bank headquartered in Medford, Oregon with branches in Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, Albany, Lebanon, Salem and now in Jacksonville.
Bordeaux Wealth Advisors, a boutique investment advisory and wealth management firm with offices in Silicon Valley and Seattle, announced it has relocated its Seattle office to Carillon Point in Kirkland. The move stems from Bordeaux's growth in both headcount and new clients in the Seattle region, necessitating expanded office and meeting space. Bordeaux Wealth Advisors launched its first Seattle office in 2020 and has nearly tripled its overall headcount since March of 2017. Bordeaux's growth includes the doubling of its client assets under management over the last five years.
