Bellevue Arts Museum's Board of Trustees appointed E. Michael Whittington as executive director of the museum. Whittington most recently served as president and CEO of Oklahoma City Museum of Art (OKCMOA), where he launched a strategic plan that led to new levels of artistic and financial success for the organization. Prior to his enure at OKCMOA, Whittington served as executive director at Monterey Museum of Art. Outgoing interim executive director Leigh Ann More led Bellevue Arts Museum for the past ten months. Whittington's appointment comes as the museum looks forward to celebrating the 76th anniversary of its signature Arts Fair, which will resume as a live event following last year's virtual marketplace. Whittington will assume the role of executive director on March 14, 2022.

Spaceflight, a global launch services provider, announced that it was named one of Via Satellite's 10 Hottest Companies in Satellite for 2022. The company's Sherpa-NG orbital transfer vehicle (OTV) program is also a finalist for Via Satellite's 2021 Satellite Technology of the Year (STOTY) award. YouthCare has announced a gift of $150,000 from KeyBank to support its Workforce Development programming, which is designed to support young people, ages 16 to 24, in the Seattle-King County area, who are unstably-housed or experiencing homelessness. YouthCare's workforce development programs allow these young people to create their own pathways toward long-term self-sufficiency by developing the skills they need to successfully enter the workforce and sustain a living wage. YouthCare's workforce development programs provide youth participants with individualized case management; access to supportive services that mitigate the challenges of homelessness; financial incentives; classroom curriculum combined with applied and hands-on experience; internship and employment connections with industry partners; and post-program assistance. The KeyBank Foundation has long engaged in philanthropic endeavors that support economic access and equity for underserved communities and populations. Founded in 1974, YouthCare has expanded to 15 sites serving more than 1,500 youth every year.
Lighthouse, a technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance services firm, announced the addition of Pankaj Dhingra as the company's first chief technology officer. He has global responsibility for all technology strategy, engineering, and product management and reports directly to chief executive officer Brian McManus. Dhingra has over 25 years of experience at global companies including Tableau (a Salesforce company), GE Healthcare, Microsoft, and AT&T. Before Lighthouse, Dhingra was vice president, software engineering at Tableau, playing a pivotal role in growing Tableau Online over the past four years. Lighthouse is headquartered in Seattle.

Seattle-based Shiftboard, a provider of enterprise workforce scheduling software for organizations with 24/7 operations, announced the appointment of Dan Wassel as chief financial officer. Wassel joined the company's executive leadership team on Feb. 14, 2022, and reports to Shiftboard's president and CEO, Sterling Wilson. Wassel brings over 30 years of financial and operations experience to the company. Before joining Shiftboard, he was CFO at Headset, the intelligence system for cannabis retail operations that provides data insights to operators and investors. Prior to his tenure at Headset, Wassel was CFO for Socarta, a data-as-a-service platform provider for city, county, state and federal government organizations, and served as vice president of finance and administration for Hubspan.
