Surrey on Main apartments opened last fall, replacing an old Bellevue office building at 10777 Main St.

The six-story, 125-unit building has studios to three-bedrooms. A one-bedroom with 801 square feet is listed at $4,326 per month. Smaller one-bedrooms on lower floors go for $2,721 per month. Resident amenities include air conditioning, a roof deck, gym, bike room, package room, pet washing area and community lounge.

The project also has 1,644 square feet of retail/commercial space.
