Seattle-based LMN Architects promoted Brianna Holan, Jessica Miller and Todd Schwisow to principal. It promoted Missy Eby, Chris Eidt, Cameron Irwin, Vanessa Ly, Erik Perka, Aya Sakurai, Jennifer Tamblin and Mark Tumiski to associate. Holan is a planner with experience in urban infrastructure and a focus on active, civic-oriented places. She is working on the SR 520 Montlake Lid and Land Bridge. Miller's work includes design and project management, and ranges from education buildings to transit designs. She is working on the Washington State Convention Center expansion. Schwisow's projects include Sound Transit North Link University Station. He is overseeing construction administration on Carver Hall renovations at Western Washington University. Eby is an interior designer whose projects include 8th & Howell Hotel Tower under construction in Seattle. Eidt played a key role on several projects, and is working on the Health Sciences Building at Central Washington University. Irwin has done public and private projects, and is working on Washington State Convention Center's expansion and co-development. Ly's projects include the 800 Columbia tower in Seattle. She also helped pursue the Seattle Aquarium expansion, recently awarded to LMN. Perka's work includes Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and the North Link University Station. Sakurai is an interior designer who worked on the Greater Columbus Convention Center expansion and is leading the WSCC interiors team. Tamblin has done high-rise residential and civic work. She is working on the Asian Art Museum renovation and expansion, and helped win the Seattle Aquarium expansion. Tumiski has worked on complex projects, including two design-build projects for the University of California, Irvine. He is working on a 1,000-foot-high tower at Fourth and Columbia in Seattle.


Seattle-based Tiscareno Associates hired Kira Dietrich as an architectural designer and promoted David Reddish to associate principal. Dietrich holds a bachelors of architecture from the University of Oregon. She will work on mixed-use and multifamily projects. Reddish will work on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, cultural and institutional projects. Tiscareno is an architecture and urban design firm.


Seattle-based Johnston Architects promoted David Fuchs and Amber French to associate. They have worked on single-family, mixed-use and commercial projects. Fuchs is project manager for Shared Roof and Rainier Central mixed-use projects in Seattle. French is project architect for Maple Leaf Flats in Seattle and Our Home in Portland. Johnston provides architectural, interior design and planning services.

In Edmonds, Landau Associates promoted Eric Zick to graphics III, Darlene Ruth to accounting and human resources specialist, Jeovani Huerta-Avila to staff scientist, Stephanie Renando to senior staff scientist, Amy Maule and Rosemary Trimmer to project scientists, Brandon Duncan to senior project engineer, and Katherine Saltanovitz and Kathryn Hartley to associates. Zick is a senior-level CAD/GIS technician who is the lead and primary interface for the graphics department, and provides CAD training and support. Ruth does accounts receivable and payroll and provides human resources support. Huerta-Avila assists with environmental remediation and groundwater monitoring projects. Renando coordinates and participates in field activities and supports routine environmental monitoring and cleanup projects. Maule provides environmental due diligence research and permitting and compliance support. Trimmer plans and implements environmental investigations and cleanups and stormwater permit compliance services for industrial clients. Duncan designs and implements groundwater and soil remediation systems. Saltanovitz provides civil engineering and project management to industrial clients for managing stormwater, wastewater and solid waste. Hartley provides environmental due diligence services to help clients evaluate environmental risk associated with property transactions. Landau provides environmental site management and engineering, geotechnical engineering, and permitting and compliance services in support of site and infrastructure development.






Seattle-based Rolluda Architects hired Dennis Glynn as a senior project architect, Mark McCarter as a project manager, Jess Lentner, Yue Chen and Conrado Moran as project designers and Tyler Arndt in the administrative department. Glynn has over 30 years of experience in Hawaii and the Northwest with new structure, renovation, adaptive reuse, commercial, retail and skilled nursing projects and interior architecture. McCarter has a bachelor's in architectural studies and master of architecture from the University of Washington. His work includes renovations to Cascade View Elementary School in the Tukwila School District. Lentner was with a Seattle residential firm. She has contributed to studios and projects in Switzerland, Italy, Japan and France and is working on a Tukwila School District project. Chen holds a master of architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She assists in the design of the NOAA Science Lab in Mukilteo. Moran holds a bachelor's in architecture from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. He has done retail, office and housing projects and is working on Sound Transit's Lynnwood Link. Arndt studied English literature at the University of Washington. He assists with marketing and administrative tasks.
