Photo Nick Gunderson, CDi Engineers HKS of Dallas designed the Melinda French Gates Ambulatory Care Building at the Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center. The building, at 4800 Sand Point Way N.E. in Seattle, opened in 2006. Sellen Construction of Seattle was the general contractor. The building budget was just under $100 million.
