Anchor tenant: Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League

Use: Center officials expect to host 110 to 117 events a year, including 40 hockey games

Seating: 6,100 for hockey games, up to 7,800 for concerts; other configurations include basketball, arena football and soccer, rodeo, motocross, trade shows and meetings

Economic impact: City officials project the center will create 138 permanent jobs, generate $43 million in state sales tax over the next 30 years and $600 million in local economic activity

Naming rights: ShoWare, a ticketing service owned by Fresno, Calif.-based VisionOne, agreed to a deal with the city of Kent worth $3.2 million over 10 years
