152 Des Moines units trade for over $34M

DES MOINES —Two nearby apartment complexes have traded between the same two parties for a combined $34.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Sage Apartment Communities of Irvine, California, which acquired both in 2020 for almost $29 million.
