Panera adopts Amazon palm pay

SEATTLE — Panera Bread has become the first national restaurant chain to offer Amazon's pay-by-palm Amazon One technology.

At select Panera stores customers can now pay for goods with just the swipe of their palm. They can also use their palms to access rewards from Panera's MyPanera loyalty program.
